Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under federal law, healthcare providers are required to give patients who do not have or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including prescriptions, tests, or hospital fees, as well as psychotherapy services. You can ask your healthcare provider and any other provider you choose for a Good Faith Estimate before or after you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your estimate, you may be able to dispute the bill. If you have already received an estimate, please print and save it, or you may access it on your patient portal here.

Please contact our office at 720-428-9376 if you would like to request a Good Faith Estimate.
